How to get Omnislash
In the Gold Saucer is an area called Battle Square; in here you can earn points by fighting a series of battles that get harder as you go through. Added to this is a slot machine between fights that imposes a condition on the fight; these can be helpful like a full heal but are mostly de-buffs like Broken Weapon, Broken Materia, Toad Status, Poison etc.
Fight battles until you get 32,000 BP (Battle Points) and use the machine at the front. You can exchange the points for the Omnislash Limit. Price varies, earlier in the game it costs more, price shown here is for after getting the Highwind Airship.
