How to get the Cosmo Memory
To get Cosmo Memory go to the Shinra Mansion in Nibelheim. Open the safe on the first floor with the combination (See Walkthrough
on how to get the code (Or see the spoiler for the answer)) and fight the Boss that comes out.
After the fight, Cosmo Memory will be the prize dropped by the Boss and you will also get Odin Materia and the Basement Key.
